jl13 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "jl13", "we", "us", "our" — refers to jl13.club and the entity licensed by PAGCOR to operate the online gaming platform accessible at jl13.club.
• "Platform" — refers to the jl13 website, mobile web interface, and all associated gaming services provided at jl13.club.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a jl13 account.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the jl13 Platform.
• "Wallet" — refers to the in-Platform balance held in Philippine Peso (PHP) associated with a Player's Account.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority that licenses and supervises jl13.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by jl13 in compliance with applicable laws.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other non-cash incentive awarded by jl13 to a Player.

2. Account Registration

To access games and services on the jl13 Platform, a Player must create an Account by completing the registration process. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You will update your account information promptly if it changes, including your registered Philippine mobile number and email address.
• You are registering for personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a jl13 account that was suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.

jl13 reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons, in accordance with its PAGCOR obligations and internal compliance policies.

3. Eligibility

The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied to use the jl13 Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. jl13 employs age verification procedures at account registration and during KYC. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be withheld pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services of this nature is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jl13 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Not Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, regulatory exclusion, or PAGCOR-mandated exclusion from gambling activity.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl13 login credentials, including your password and OTP codes. jl13 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

• You must not share your jl13 account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify jl13 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
• jl13 may, at its discretion, require additional verification steps — including OTP confirmation — when it detects unusual login activity.
• jl13 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt.

5. Deposits & Payments

jl13 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• jl13 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl13 is not responsible for currency conversion losses where a Player's payment account uses a different currency.
• jl13 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of funds from their jl13 Wallet subject to the following conditions:

• Completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified jl13 account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are: GCash and PayMaya — within 5 minutes; bank transfer — 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• jl13 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to enhanced KYC, source of funds declarations, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

jl13 offers various promotional bonuses to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is awarded, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion terms. Where not specified, the default is 30x the bonus amount.
• jl13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Syndicated or coordinated bonus exploitation is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• jl13 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or void winnings derived from bonuses where fraudulent or abusive activity is detected.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. jl13 is not obligated to extend expired bonuses.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jl13 Platform operate in accordance with the rules displayed within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the relevant game. The following general rules apply across all jl13 games:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jl13 is not responsible for bets placed in error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, jl13 will follow the relevant game provider's official dispute resolution procedure. All game outcomes are final where confirmed by the provider.
• jl13 publishes RTP (Return to Player) information for all games. Actual returns to individual players will vary and past performance does not indicate future outcomes.
• Progressive jackpot contributions and jackpot triggers are governed by the rules of the individual jackpot network. jl13 does not guarantee jackpot availability or timing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl13 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to play games or exploit the Platform.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in match-fixing, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play intended to circumvent game mechanics.
• Using the jl13 Platform for any money laundering or other financial crime, in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
• Accessing jl13 if you are a politically exposed person (PEP) under Philippine law without prior declaration to jl13's compliance team.
• Attempting to access or interfere with another Player's account without authorization.
• Engaging in any conduct that jl13 reasonably believes constitutes abuse of the Platform, its staff, or its Player community.

10. Responsible Gaming

jl13 is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your jl13 Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum continuous play session durations with automatic reminders.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jl13 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net position.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl13 Platform — including but not limited to the jl13 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl13 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jl13 content without prior written authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl13's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player into their jl13 Wallet in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim. jl13 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond jl13's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, PAGCOR regulatory actions, force majeure events, or third-party payment provider failures.
• Any reliance on information published on the Platform that is later found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl13's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

13. Termination & Account Closure

jl13 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player's account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• jl13 is required to do so by PAGCOR, a Philippine court, or any other competent authority.
• jl13 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Player has not logged in to their account for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive account).

Upon account closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the Player's Wallet (after deducting any bonus funds and pending investigation outcomes) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 30 days, subject to KYC compliance.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl13 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first raise your complaint with jl13's customer support team. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 30 days, you may escalate it to PAGCOR through its official complaint handling procedures. jl13 is bound by PAGCOR's regulatory determinations in such disputes.

15. Amendments to These Terms

jl13 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl13 will notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the jl13 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
